Save Time with AI

Let’s put AI to work for your business.

I help business owners like you get your time back. We look at how your business actually runs, find the pain points, and identify the tools to help you save time or generate more revenue.

A small-business owner facing the camera, relaxed in his office.

The busywork hired you back.

You didn’t start the business to spend the week on admin, follow-ups, and the same tasks over and over. That work still owns your time while customers and growth wait. You tried ChatGPT, and it can write a paragraph — it just can’t run the business for you. You don’t have time to study every new tool. You need that work off your plate.

The solution

Put a system on the work.

ChatGPT can write a paragraph. It can’t run follow-up, intake, or the little questions that still come to you. I find the bottlenecks, then I put something under them that holds.

  • Name the bottlenecks

We look at how the business actually runs before anyone buys another tool.

  • Leave with quick wins

After the analysis, we follow up with concrete moves and the time we can save.

  • Then a knowledge base or an agent

If the team needs a playbook, I build one they can use. If a repeating job should run without you, I put an agent on it and I keep it running.

  • You stay the owner

I build it, I maintain it, I update it. You don’t become the IT guy.

How it works

How the AI assessment works.

We start with discovery. Then I do the analysis, package it into a presentation, and we review it together — the wins and the time we can save.

  1. Discovery

We talk about the business — how it actually runs. I extract the pain points and bottlenecks. We don’t go over wins on this call.

  2. Analysis

Off the call, I go through the business: pain points, bottlenecks, areas to improve, and tedious tasks worth automating.

  3. Presentation

I package the analysis into a presentation you keep.

  4. Review call

We walk through the findings, multiple quick wins, and how much time we can save. You leave knowing what to do next.

Proof

Even a heavy AI user can miss the bottlenecks.

“Even as someone who lives in AI tools every day, just two calls were insanely valuable. The insightful questions helped me zoom out, spot my real operational bottlenecks, and see new ways to use automation I was completely blind to.”

FAQ

What happens on the first call?

Discovery. We talk about how the business actually runs. I extract the pain points and bottlenecks. No project to buy, no software to install. Wins come later, on the review call, after I’ve done the analysis.

Is my business data safe?

What you share stays with me. I don’t train public models on it, and I don’t use your name or your business as a case study unless you agree in writing. I design this work security-first.

Do I need to know how AI works?

No. You talk about how the business runs. I handle the system. If we later put an agent on a job, I build it, I maintain it, and I update it.

Why should I trust you with how the business runs?

I’m a security expert. I’ve been in cybersecurity for 15 years, including work as a NASA consultant. I’ve built threat operations programs — I know how to monitor for real threats and how to design secure systems. I bring that same standard to your workflows.

What if nothing is written down?

That’s normal. The assessment is for that. You don’t clean it up first. We start with how the work actually happens, even if it still lives in your head.

Do you train AI on my data?

No. I don’t train public models on what you share. If we put a system on a job, it uses only what we agree it should use, for that job.

How long does this take?

Discovery is 30 minutes. If we run the assessment, I do the analysis off the call, then we meet for a review. If we build something after that, I’ll tell you the timing before we start.

How is this different from hiring someone to “do AI”?

A hire is one person learning on your payroll. I start with discovery, then a plan you keep. If we build something, I run it — you stay the owner.

How much does this cost?

Nothing is due to book a consultation. If an assessment is a fit, I’ll tell you what it costs after discovery. We agree in writing before any paid work.

What’s the difference between a knowledge base and an agent?

A knowledge base is the playbook — how you do the work, in one place the team and the AI can use. An agent does a repeating job for you. I build it and I keep it running.

Will this work for a business my size?

It’s built for owners with a real shop — often 1–10 people — who still get pulled into the little stuff. If the work still depends on you, that’s the fit.

If we build an agent, who keeps it running?

I do. That’s what managed means. I keep it working and I update it. You don’t learn a stack, and you don’t become the IT guy.

How involved do I have to be?

You show up for discovery and the review call, and you can talk about how the week actually runs. I do the analysis, the presentation, and any build that comes after.

Do I have to buy new software?

Not as a rule. I recommend tools that fit the job. If you already pay for something that can do it, we start there. Vendor-agnostic means I don’t sell you a stack.

What do I actually walk away with?

A presentation you keep: the bottlenecks, the time we can save, and a prioritized set of quick wins. If we go further, a knowledge base or a managed agent — your choice, on a job that’s worth it.

Can you work with tools I already pay for?

Yes. We look at what you already have before anyone buys another tab. The point is the work getting done, not a new logo on the credit card.

What if I don’t want to build anything after?

That’s fine. You keep the presentation. The assessment is the product. Building is optional, and only if a job is worth a machine.

I already tried ChatGPT. Why is this different?

ChatGPT can write a paragraph. It can’t run follow-up, intake, or the questions that still come to you. I find the bottlenecks and put a system under them — and I keep it working.
